A beauty brand launch shoot that needed to feel luxurious, editorial, and completely original.
Aurora came to me with a clear brief: imagery that felt editorial rather than like a traditional product catalogue. We planned one studio day for six looks and roughly forty products.
I built the lighting around one large softbox and a subtle gold reflector. The warmth in the skin tones was deliberate because Aurora wanted beauty to feel inviting rather than clinical.
The campaign ran across their Instagram, website, and retail packaging. Within two weeks of launch they'd sold out their hero product.
That's what commercial photography should do — not just look good, but move product.
